"Two Bridges in One Walk" - walking Brisbane's Kurilpa & "Go Between" bridges on a beautiful winter's day

Main Link: My Smugmug Photo Gallery on walking across Brisbane's Kurilpa Bridge and Go Between Bridge on a beautiful winter's day.

Hi all

Catching up on a very nice walk last July when I walked acorss Brisbane's two newest bridges: the Kurilpa Bridge and the "Go Between" Bridge. The strange thing is that I don't even like the Kurilpa Bridge: too many 'spikes and cables' for my taste, but I still found it 'compelling' to photograph. Onto some pics:

NBL Basketball Photos - Gold Coast Blaze v Adelaide 36ers, GCCEC, 13 February 2011

Main Link: My Smugmug Photo Gallery: Gold Coast Blaze v Adelaide 36ers NBL Basketball, 13-2-2011.

The Gold Coast Blaze basketball team is starting to really put things together. After a horror run with injuries, and 2 very recent aquisitions of great players, the Blaze are now looking very good. Some pics from the win over the Adelaide 36ers:

Darryl Hudson drives hard around Rhys Carter:

Ron Howard:

One of my favourites - Chris Goulding with the facial expression as he is fouled by Ron Howard:

'Looks like both Jason Cadee and Brad Hill have been to "Facial Expression School":

Darryl Hudson again looking 'dramatic':

Blaze Head coach Joey Wright unhappy that a possession turned into a 'loss-of-possession' because of a Ref's decision (and a possession arrow).....

Winners wear slight grins :)
