Jason Cadee - his first ever game in the Australian NBL (National Basketball League) after a car accident and fractured pelvis
A quick tribute to Gold Coast Blaze rookie (and Aust Boomers squad member) Jason Cadee. Just over 5 months ago he suffered a fractured pelvis in a car accident, so his NBL and Blaze debuts were postponed until last Friday 17 December against the Townsville Crocs. Jason scored his first 2 points early by diving down the key towards the hoop and receiving a pass from Tommy Garlepp. Soon after, Jason was successful with his first ever 3 pointer in the NBL - an impressive debut!
